Allow me to introduce myself




My name is Natalie and I teach Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga.

I have been through major life hardships just like everyBODY else.


The challenges of life are accompanied by feelings. Stress, depression, fear, anxiety, insomnia, grief are only some of the issues calling for release.


I feel you. I understand you.

I am here for you.


I will not solve your problems.


My intention is to help you embrace what is, see the positive in the negative, cultivate kindness towards yourself and ultimately initiate a baby step towards the happier version of yourself.

I'm sure you'll be amazed at how much we can accomplish within 3 months so that we can welcome the new year with a smile in the face and brighter heart in the chest!


In order to accomplish this, we will use three powerful elements.

Body - Mind - Soul


Additionally, we have three powerful tools at our disposal.

Movement - Breath - Mindfulness
